Ubuntu - How to switch off auto receive of dns servers from DHCP

Hello.
In Ubuntu 16.04, resolv.conf is generated by resolvconf. 
In some cases you will need to disable it and paste into the resolv.conf static addresses of the DNS name servers.
To do it you will need to specify DNS name servers in the /etc/resolv.conf:
dns-nameserver 8.8.8.8
dns-nameserver 8.8.4.4
For example – full content of my /etc/resolv.conf :

After that, you will need to change settings of the dhclient. 
Open /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf and change request option:
request subnet-mask, broadcast-address, time-offset, routers,
#       domain-name, domain-name-servers, domain-search, host-name,
        domain-name, host-name,
        dhcp6.name-servers, dhcp6.domain-search, dhcp6.fqdn, dhcp6.sntp-servers,
